1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 001jili — an online sports betting and gaming platform operated for players in the Philippines. By accessing the 001jili platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, including any updates made to them from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 001jili. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility

001jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To use 001jili's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

The information you must provide includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. This information is collected in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and PAGCOR licensing conditions.

• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

001jili supports a range of Filipino payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱).

By depositing funds into your 001jili account, you confirm that the funds come from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. 001jili may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds in line with AML obligations.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are stated on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method and by the player's VIP tier. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• 001jili does not charge withdrawal fees for Gold tier and above VIP members. Standard accounts may be subject to applicable processing fees as disclosed on the platform.
• Funds remaining in a dormant account (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the platform fee schedule.

5 Betting Rules

• Bets on suspended or void markets will be returned to the player's account as a stake refund.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

001jili offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published at the time the offer is made. These specific terms supplement this section and must be read together with it.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or markets specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside the withdrawal process.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

001jili is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and transparent betting environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any software that interacts with the 001jili platform on your behalf without human involvement.
• Collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds that are clearly beyond normal market variation.
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using another person's payment method to fund an account without their explicit written consent.
• Any attempt to launder money through deposit and withdrawal cycles on the 001jili platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person in any context.

001jili employs active fraud detection and game integrity monitoring. Players suspected of prohibited conduct will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any final determination is made, except where the conduct represents an immediate risk to the platform or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

001jili may suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 001jili will aim to complete the investigation and communicate a resolution within 30 business days. During this period, the player's funds will be held securely and not accessed by 001jili.

Players who wish to permanently close their account may do so by contacting 001jili support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus applicable fees and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 001jili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, design, text, images, odds data, and any other materials — is the property of 001jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 001jili platform.
• Use any data scraping, crawling, or extraction tools on the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by 001jili.

10 Limitation of Liability

001jili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 001jili is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• 001jili is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party payment delays, GCash or bank processing times, or any failure of a third-party service provider.
• 001jili's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 001jili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
